Quality of education at Omsk SAU was highly ranked

According to the updated version of the ranking "Education in Russia", compiled with the support of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Omsk State Agrarian University took 2nd place among Omsk HEIs, 16th place among agricultural universities in Russia, and 175th place among all universities in the country, scoring 10.48 points.

The University also entered the Top 25 universities in the Siberian Federal district. In total, there are 79 HEIs in the district. 707 higher education institutions in Russia were analyzed.

The ranking is an integral assessment of the quality of training at institutions. It is calculated on the basis of objective integral quantitative indicators. Integral indicators are divided into two groups: indicators for assessing the actual effectiveness of the university (its educational, research, international, financial and economic activities, human resources) and indicators of the effectiveness of universities based on university's influence on the Internet (how is it represented on different websites, what impact does it have and how easy is it to access information about the university, etc).

Experts underline that the ranking is based on information received both from Russian and foreign expert agencies that specialize in higher education.
