A freshman from Omsk State Agrarian University won a grant for a project development at Tavrida.ART – 2023"

From August 17 to August 21, the fifth anniversary festival of youth art "Tavrida.ART" was held in the Crimea, in Kapsel Bay near Sudak.

More than 3,500 artists, writers, musicians, actors, designers, directors, choreographers, event marketing and tourism industry specialists from 89 regions of the country gathered at the popular resort of the country.

Based on the results of the grant competition Ksenia Pokidko received financial support in the amount of 400,000 rubles for the development of the project "ECO-Generation of the Omsk Irtysh region".

Ksenia Pokidko:

"During the year, I have already had the experience of participating in grant competitions, but this time luck smiled on me, and I won! I managed to fully experience the scale of the competition. The defense took place at the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries. I was very nervous during the presentation of the project. But everything worked out, and my project was approved!"

The project "ECO-Generation of the Omsk Irtysh region" is aimed at promoting the formation of a responsible attitude to the environment among children and youth of the city of Omsk through the organization and conduct of eco-educational events, as well as involvement in practical activities for separate garbage collection and recycling. The period of the Project is from October 2023 to September 2024. Within the framework of the project, 10 events are planned that are aimed at environmental education of young people. Among them: the urban ecological and geographical game "Earth Day"; ecological dictation; ecological relay race; "#EcoGTO"; "Eco-lessons"; visit of an animal shelter and much more.
