Postgraduate Studies

Postgraduate studies are a level of higher education. The types of professional activity of postgraduates are reduced to science-and-research activity in the corresponding scientific field and teaching activity in higher education curricula. Upon completion of the studies students are awarded the qualification of “Researcher. Teacher-researcher.”

Applicants who have completed higher education (Specialist’s or Master’s degree) are eligible to apply for a postgraduate course.

The postgraduate academic workload is regulated by corresponding program track standards and may amount to 180 or 240 credits.

The postgraduate training is done in terms set by the educational standards. Those who take part-time postgraduate courses study for 6 to 12 months longer than those who choose full-time studies.
