A seminar meeting was held for veterinary specialists of the Omsk region

On July 22, a seminar-meeting for veterinary specialists of the Omsk region "Topical issues of ensuring epizootic well-being in the Omsk region" was held as part of the XX Siberian Agrotechnical Exhibition Fair AgroOmsk-2024.

As part of the business program of the exhibition, a seminar-meeting was organized for specialists of the veterinary service of the Omsk region and agricultural producers. The seminar was opened by Nikolay Mikhailovich Filonov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Food and Processing Industry of the Omsk Region. Oleg Nikolaevich Podkorytov, Head of the Office of the Federal Rosselkhoznadzor Service for the Omsk region made a welcoming speech. Vladimir Petrovich Plaschenko, Head of the Main Veterinary Department of the Omsk region, Chief veterinarian was the moderator of the seminar.

Tatiana Vladimirovna Boyko, Head of the Department of Diagnostics, Internal Non-communicable Diseases, Pharmacology, Surgery and Obstetrics, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, presented a report "Biologically active substances of feed additives. Why is a cow waiting for them?", focusing on the leading role of nutrients in maintaining the health of highly productive cows and the scientific developments of Omsk State Agrarian University scientists.
