A Seminar on "Implementation of Software Products in Production: Leaders' Experience" held at Omsk State Agrarian University

On April 19, a seminar titled "Implementation of Software Products in Production: Leaders' Experience" was held at the Scientific Agricultural Library with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Omsk Region. The event was organized by the Faculty of Economics for directors and chief specialists of agricultural organizations.

This seminar was a continuation of the research work conducted in 2022 titled "Development of Models for the Implementation of Digital Technologies in the Activities of Agro-Industrial Complex Enterprises," supervised by Ekaterina Anatolyevna Astashova, head of the Department of Management and Marketing.

Participants in the seminar included directors and chief specialists from agricultural organizations in various municipal districts of the Omsk region, including Omsk, Nizhneomsk, Bolsherechensky, Azovsky, Znamensky, Kalachinsky, Muromtsevsky, Odessa, Okoneshnikovsky, Russko-Polyansky, Sargatsky, Sedelnikovsky, Moskalensky, and others. Additionally, representatives from agro-industrial enterprises in the city of Omsk and agricultural universities from the regional branch of the Association "Agroeducation" in the Siberian Federal District came from Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Barnaul, Kemerovo, and Irkutsk.

The speakers of the event were:

 - Tatiana Leonidovna Golubeva, Head of the "Food Industry, Agriculture, and Forestry" Division, 1C Company, Moscow;

 - Yuri Alekseevich Kulikov, Expert Analyst at AgroSignal, Saratov;

- Konstantin Yuryevich Nurmukhanov, Director of LLC "Agrofirma Bayramgul," Republic of Bashkortostan;

- Alexander Viktorovich Yakovenko, Director of LLC "Breeding Farm Druzhba," Krasnodar Krai;

- Andrei Vitalyevich Pyatin, Director of Agrosoft Company, Krasnodar Krai.

The following topics were discussed:

1. Digitalization of agricultural enterprises with 1C solutions for the agro-industrial complex.

2. Digital technologies for reducing management risks in agricultural production.

3. Software products for management in animal husbandry and crop production: dairy farms, weighing systems, satellite monitoring.

4. Experience in implementing software products.

5. "1C: Enterprise 8. Accounting for Agricultural Enterprises" - functional capabilities of the solution.

The topic generated interest among large producers in the region, such as LLC "Lider," Agroholding "Siberia," JSC PKZ "Omsky," LLC "Altaur," LLC "PRODO Grain," ZAO "Irtyshskoye," and others, as well as among peasant (farmer) households. Additionally, representatives from one of the leading research institutions in the region - FSBSI "Omsk ASC," along with heads and specialists from district agricultural departments, participated in the seminar.

The seminar showcased software solutions for crop production and animal husbandry sectors, as well as auxiliary industries. Discussions focused on issues such as cost accounting by fields, expenses on feed, veterinary drugs, and other materials in animal husbandry; the use of GLONASS/GPS systems for monitoring and controlling agricultural and transport operations; automatic calculation of completed fieldwork volumes and their reflection in accounting (Account Sheets for Tractor Drivers) based on GLONASS/GPS monitoring data, among others.

The meeting proved to be fruitful and beneficial, with leading software developers for the agricultural sectors sharing practical experiences in achieving more sustainable agriculture and answering audience questions.
