A student of Omsk SAU won a scholarship within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme

On August, 2 the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (WULS – SGGW), a long-standing and reliable partner of Omsk SAU, published the results of the selection among students and teachers from almost 20 countries of the world. Among the eight students who passed a strict selection and received an Erasmus+ scholarship, was also a bachelor student of the Agrotechnological Faculty Veronika Starikova .

The selection of candidates was carried out according to such criteria as: Academic merit, Language skills, Academic suitability / relevance of the application and Motivation. The assessment was conducted both by the coordinators of the International Relations Department of the Omsk State Agrarian University and the representatives of faculties and the International Cooperation Office of WULS-SGGW on the basis of documents attached to the online application. Veronika received the highest scores in all four criteria.

We sincerely hope that, despite the pandemic, Veronika will be able to spend 3 unforgettable months at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, as well as gain invaluable professional experience and experience of intercultural communication.

We would like to remind all other students of Omsk SAU that everyone can take part in international mobility programs.

If you dream of going abroad to study, but do not know how, then you should visit our department (Institutskaya Ploshchad 1, offices 403, 429) or write to us (mezhd.otd@omgau.org). We will tell you about the available mobility programs, their requirements, what documents need to be prepared, what are the deadlines for applications, as well as answer all your questions.
