Maxim Kovchegov presented projects implemented on the “I’m in Agro” platform, participation in which helps future specialists choose their career path and take their first successful professional steps. The main goal of these projects is to create a career springboard for students and graduates within the Golden Talent Pool.
The platform’s target audience includes employers, young professionals, students, and schoolchildren. By completing a digital profile, each participant can find interesting vacancies and internships, get acquainted with leading agribusiness companies, present their projects and ideas at AgroVector meetings, win prizes and gifts, take part in the AgroLeaders project, participate in career marathons, and learn about hackathons, case championships, competitions.
Nursultan Naurzbaev emphasized that the Golden Talent Pool provides real development opportunities for students of agricultural educational institutions.
During the briefings, students actively asked questions regarding platform registration and the use of its features.
