Experience in Promoting Innovative Projects by Students of Lyceum No. 64 at the Omsk SAU Project Platform Discussed at the Faculty of Economics

On February 6, a round table titled "The Omsk State Agrarian University Project Platform: Experience in Promoting Innovative Projects by Students of Lyceum No. 64" was held at the Faculty of Economics. The event was part of the university's series of activities dedicated to the celebration of the Russian Science Day. Organized jointly with the student business incubator, the round table was dedicated to discussing promising ideas and developments created by school students, as well as the university's opportunities for developing project activities for schoolchildren and students.

Innovative project activity is a key element of modern economic development. In the context of global competition, it becomes the most important tool for increasing business efficiency, creating new products and services, and optimizing production processes.

The round table was attended by: Elena Vladimirovna Nuriahmetova, an economics teacher at Omsk "Lyceum No. 64" and project manager, school students and their parents, as well as students and graduates of the Faculty of Economics who have successful experience in promoting entrepreneurial projects in the Omsk SAU business incubator.

The experts were:  Doctor of Economic Science, Professor of the Department of Economics, Accounting and Financial Control Oksana Aleksandrovna Kozlova;Doctor of Economic Science, Professor of the Department of Management and Marketing Olga Vitalievna Kosenchuk; Doctor of Economic Science, Director of the Omsk SAU Business Incubator Vitaly Yurievich Epanchintsev. The speakers at the event were: Ph.D. (Pedagogical Sciences), Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Accounting and Financial Control Dinar Rakhmetulovna Baetova, and Assistant of the Department of Economics, Accounting and Financial Control Valentina Vasilievna Kosterova.

Several teams of high school students spoke at the meeting, presenting their innovative projects related to the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in various sectors of the economy. Most of the presented projects, prepared at the project platform of the Omsk SAU business incubator, have already participated in national and regional competitions, which indicates their high level and relevance. Among the participants were students and graduates of the Faculty of Economics, most of whom are scholarship recipients of JSC "Rosselkhozbank."( The Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg)).These young people have significant experience in project and entrepreneurial activities, so they were able to share their knowledge and experience with the budding innovators.

Special attention was paid to the issues of project commercialization and finding investors for their further development. The participants discussed possible ways to attract funding, as well as the importance of competent marketing for the successful launch of a product on the market.

Furthermore, the round table discussed issues of interaction between schools and universities in supporting young talents. It was noted that cooperation between educational institutions can contribute to a more effective development of the innovation environment and the training of qualified specialists.

The organizers of the round table noted the high level of preparation of the participants and expressed confidence that such events will help strengthen ties between Omsk SAU and Lyceum No. 64 in promoting the innovative ideas of school students in the real sector of the Omsk region's economy.
