The class focused on the topic “Introduction to UAV Design and Pilot Training.” Its goal was to provide knowledge about the types of unmanned aerial vehicles, their applications, design features, and to help participants acquire practical piloting skills. Students from grades 8B, 9B, 9V, and 10B attended the session. Sairan Adilbekovich and Albert Arturovich demonstrated the structure of drones in detail and explained the various fields where UAVs can be used. After learning about drone operation, participants were able to try themselves as UAV operators. The hands-on experience helped them better understand flight specifics and drone control technology, which undoubtedly added interest and enthusiasm to the lesson.
Overall, the class became the first step in learning UAV piloting for the schoolchildren. They listened with great interest, asked questions, eagerly shared their impressions, and expressed a strong desire to continue exploring new technologies. We sincerely thank the administration of the Center and Olga Demidova, Deputy Director of the Center for Therapeutic Pedagogy and Differentiated Learning, for their cooperation with Omsk SAU.
