On December 9, the "Environmental Issues of Land and Natural Resource Management" club convened. Student O.O. Miklina from group B-21ZIK presented her findings on "Analysis of Land and Natural Resource Management in the Tobolsk Municipal District of the Tyumen Region." Her research, supervised by L.N. Gilyova, Ph.D. (Geographical Sciences), Head of the Land Management Department, and Assoc. Prof., identified that the district's land use is dominated by forestry, with forests primarily consisting of valuable coniferous species.
K.V. Borger, a student from Group B-21ZIK, presented her research on "Analysis of the Land and Asset Complex of an Agricultural Enterprise." The study was based on a case study of the "Novorozhdestvenskoye" Joint-Stock Company, located in the Isilkul Municipal District of the Omsk Region. Her academic advisor was S.A. Fedotenko, Candidate of Sciences in Economics and Associate Professor.
On December 9, a meeting of the "Land Management" research group was held. The session was attended by full-time fourth-year students from the program “Land Management and Cadastre” (21.03.02) and second-year students from the program Applied Geodesy (21.05.01).
At this meeting, E.A. Fedorov (group B-42ZIK) presented a report on "Improving the Organization of Land Use in the Bolsherechensky Municipal District, Omsk Region. The research was supervised by K.V. Medanova, Candidate of Economic Sciences and Associate Professor of the Land Management Department.
Student A.M. Raisova from group B-42ZIK presented a report on "Formation of a Land Plot for a Power Transmission Line at 'Transneft Siberia', prepared under the supervision of Ph.D. in Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Land Management Department V.A. Makhta. The report provided information about the facility and examined the cadastral work required for the formation of the power line land plot.
On December 13, the "Geodesy and Remote Sensing" club met, featuring a presentation by E.V. Nidergvel and I.I. Gudimenko on "Geodetic Works for Setting Out the Pile Field of a Gas Field Well Pad."
The students outlined the key stages of the construction process, workplace safety regulations, and the geodetic instruments used in the construction of capital structures. They also performed an analytical calculation to determine the final cost of construction materials and the construction work itself. They provided information from Construction Directives and Rules, state standards, and regulatory acts applicable to geodetic work on this project.
On December 20, the "Cadastre and Real Estate Valuation" club heard reports from fourth-year undergraduate and second-year master's students specializing in "Land Management and Cadastres" (21.04.02).
The students identified key areas for improving the agricultural land-and-property complex. They also conducted an analysis of the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation's regions that are necessary for incorporating horticultural and vegetable gardening territories into settlement boundaries.
Second-year master's student P.V. Roshchikova ("Land Management and Cadastres," 21.04.02) presented her research analyzing the consistence and use of agricultural land in the Cherlak Municipal District, Omsk Region, as collateralized property. All presenters received feedback and recommendations for their future research.
On December 23, a report on "Improving the Land and Property Assets of LLC 'Solyanoye' (Cherlak Municipal District, Omsk Region)," was presented by V.V. Yarkina (group B-41ZIK) and prepared under the supervision of Prof. Yu.M. Rogatnev of the Land Management Department.
A report on "Organizing Land Use in the Olginskoye Rural Settlement of the Poltavka Municipal District, Omsk Region, Using CAD Technologies" was presented by student A.A. Alesko from group B-41ZIK, under the supervision of Associate Professor O.N. Dolmatova.
A report on "Analysis of the Existing Organization of Land Use in the Village of Sedelnikovo, Sedelnikovo Municipal District, Omsk Region" was presented by student K.S. Solomina from group B-41ZIK, under the supervision of Associate Professor of the Land Management Department E.V. Kotsur.
Under the supervision of L.N. Gilyova, a research paper on "The Structure and Composition of the Land and Property Complex of Agricultural Enterprises in the Okoneshnikovsky Municipal District of the Omsk Region" was presented by second-year master's student S.S. Semenchenko.
The detailed answers provided by all speakers to audience questions demonstrated their in-depth knowledge of the topics. We note that the research presented at this stage has been completed successfully and wish the students continued success in their scientific endeavors.
