The event brought together representatives of partner enterprises, including PRODO Group, Omskdizel LLC, Semirechensk Supply Base JSC, RUSKOM-Agro LLC, Morozov Poultry Farm LLC, Fornaks LLC, and Lasena LLC. The forum started with a welcome address by the Director of the College, Anatoly Shevchenko.
Students from the following programs: Technology of production and processing of agricultural products (19.02.11), Operation and repair of agricultural machinery (35.02.16), Maintenance and repair of vehicle engines, systems and assemblies (23.02.07), and Veterinary Medicine (36.02.01), presented the results of their internships, shared proposals for employers, and raised questions about conditions for targeted training agreements.
At the end of the first part of the forum, the Director presented letters of appreciation and university-branded souvenirs to partner organizations. The student discussion platform concluded with the awarding of commemorative gifts and certificates of appreciation.
The second part of the event featured a roundtable with employers to review the outcomes of the 2024 internship program. This platform provided an important opportunity to discuss key issues in workforce training, evaluate internship results, and explore graduate employment prospects.
Participants agreed that such meetings strengthen cooperation between educational institutions and businesses, creating the conditions for successful graduate employment and the development of professional skills.
