Implementation of the Advanced Professional Retraining Program Microbiology

Faculty members of the Department of Veterinary Microbiology, Infectious and Invasive Diseases are engaged in the implementation of the advanced professional retraining program Microbiology (500 hours).

During the training period, participants studied the following topics:

1. Tuberculosis. Diagnostic methods.
2. Progressive methods of diagnosing viral diseases and their practical application.
3. Viral diseases of ruminants and horses.
4. Viral diseases of cattle (parainfluenza-3, viral diarrhea, infectious rhinotracheitis, respiratory syncytial, adeno-, corona- and rotaviral infections).
5. Slow infections (scrapie in sheep and goats, bovine spongiform encephalopathy, chronic wasting disease in deer).
