Interregional Conference on Sharing Best Practices and Experience in Implementing the National Project “Labor Productivity”

On November 15, the Regional Congress Hall hosted an interregional conference on sharing best practices and experience in implementing the national project “Labor Productivity.”

The event was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Omsk Region. The goal of the conference was to discuss the implementation of the national project “Labor Productivity” through 2030, to review best practices in introducing lean manufacturing tools at enterprises across the Russian Federation, and to explore development prospects and support measures for participants of the national project. The conference was attended by: First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region R.R. Mingazov, Minister of Economic Development of the Omsk Region A.V. Negoduyko, Head of Human Resources at JSC Omsky Bekon D.N. Pukhov, Head of the Regional Center of Competence in Labor Productivity of the Tomsk Region N.A. Alchik, among others. The Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology was represented by: Director of the Institute S.V. Chernigova, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Employment Coordinator D.V. Mashnin, as well as students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

The meeting took the form of a lively and engaging discussion, during which participants shared their experiences and perspectives on improving labor productivity.
