The General Directorate of Youth Policy of the Omsk region has approved the list of winners of the grant selection, which was held within the framework of the regional forum "SoZdavai" (Create)

Among the winners is the Omsk State Agrarian University team with the project "School of Healthy Nutrition". The grant amount is 275,750 rubles.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to hold events that promote the principles of proper nutrition, spread knowledge about the preparation of a complete and balanced diet, and the rules for choosing safe and high-quality products.

All events are divided into 2 blocks: online and offline.

The online block is the preparation of a draft menu for the specified categories of the population: students, athletes, vegetarians. Based on the results of the online block, participants are selected for the offline block.

The offline event is a healthy lifestyle festival.

The winners of the online block meet at the science cafe:
- presentation of the winning projects
- master class on cooking healthy food
- production cruise (visit to a production facility)

Based on the results of the online block, the top 15 participants will be selected, who will have the opportunity to participate in the offline block.
Thus, the implementation of the project will make it possible to teach students how to cook healthy food without high monetary and time costs, prepare a diet for the required period, taking into account the requirements of nutritionists, and make healthy eating not a diet, but a lifestyle.
