Omsk SAU performance in the Round University Ranking

A new edition of the International Round University Rankings has been published, evaluating more than 1,200 universities on such indicators as the quality of teaching, scientific achievements, openness to the international community, and financial stability.

Both the overall effectiveness of an institution and the work of its faculties are assessed. The faculties provide data for participation in subject rankings.

In 2023, 1,217 universities were evaluated, including 122 higher educational institutions from Russia. Only two Russian agrarian higher educational institutions participated in the ranking. Omsk State Agrarian University took second place behind the Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy. Among all domestic universities, we are in 110th place. Among the 4 participating Omsk universities, Omsk SAU took 3rd place. The position on the global list is 1167.

Omsk State Agrarian University was ranked in the Round University Ranking for the second time. Of the four main indicators forming the position of our university, the highest score (24632 points) was awarded to the financial stability of the university. The quality of teaching is in second place, with 21,894 points. Scientific achievements and international activities scored 17,487 and 19,411 points, respectively.
