Various enterprises and organizations were represented at industry sites – enterprises of the construction industry, agro-industrial complex, law enforcement agencies, industrial enterprises, enterprises of transport and road management, IT companies, trade organizations and enterprises, organizations and institutions of health, culture, social sphere and education, including the military-industrial complex, agro-industrial complex, healthcare, education, services, construction industry and many others. More than 20 specialized sites were available to visitors, three of them are new: for applicants with disabilities, women with children, as well as for participants of the SVO and their family members. The large block was designed for Omsk youth. Schoolchildren and students were shown development options in their native region: where to go to work after graduation, where to do an internship, how to open a business with the support of the state.
Representatives of the agrarian University told at the fair about the vacancies available at the university, introduced the participants to the list of additional educational programs and conditions of admission and training. Students of our university had the opportunity to personally communicate with representatives of Omsk enterprises, ask all their questions, learn about working conditions and leave their contacts for further interviews. The students also took an active part in the work of the career guidance platform "Forming new opportunities, defining a new reality", organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Omsk region. For easy navigation through the fair, participants could use the program of the All-Russian Employment Fair. Contests were held as part of the entertainment program, and the most active participants received branded gifts.
