Scientists of Omsk State Agrarian University V.I.Pleshakova and N.G.Kazydub are the laureates of the national award "Professor of the Year" of the Russian Professorial Assembly

The national award "Professor of the Year" was established by the Russian Professorial Assembly in order to preserve and further develop the scientific potential of Russian science and higher education, stimulate scientific and technical development and encourage outstanding scientific and pedagogical workers.

The Professor of the Year Award is awarded by branches of science and federal districts to Russian doctors of science and scientists without age restriction who work in scientific or educational institutions of higher education located on the territory of the Russian Federation and have outstanding scientific results in the field of education and science.

This year, the winner of the Professor of the Year award in the nomination "Veterinary Sciences", federal level, was Valentina Ivanovna Pleshakova, Professor of the Department of Veterinary Microbiology, Infectious and Invasive Diseases, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, and in the nomination "Agricultural Sciences", district level, the winner was Nina Grigoryevna Kazydub, Professor of the Department of Horticulture, Forestry and Plant Protection, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences.
