Start of Scientific Internship for Doctoral Student of NAO “S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University” at Omsk State Agrarian University

As part of the international cooperation between agricultural universities in Russia and the Republic of Kazakhstan, on May 20, Inkarov Dayan Sabirovich, a third-year doctoral student studying under the educational program in the specialty 8D07304 – “Land Management” at NAO “S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University”, arrived at Omsk State Agrarian University for his scientific internship. The internship is scheduled from May 20 to June 20, 2024.

The Dean of the Land Management Faculty, Olga Nikolaevna Dolmatova, and Acting Head of the Department of Land Management, Tatyana Viktorovna Nozhenko, welcomed the doctoral student who came for the international internship at Omsk State Agrarian University.

Tatyana Anatolievna Filippova, Associate Professor of the Department of Land Management, appointed as the supervisor of Inkarov Dayan Sabirovich's scientific internship according to the order of the Rector, Oksana Viktorovna Shumakova, conducted a consultation on the research topic and asked clarifying and organizational questions to the doctoral student. He presented his approved research topic: “Development of Methodological Approaches Based on Geoinformation Technologies in Carrying Out Land Cadastre Works,” which corresponds to the Russian classification of scientific specialties “Land Management, Cadastre, and Land Monitoring.”

The doctoral student and the internship supervisor discussed the plan and content of the scientific work. Inkarov D.S. participated remotely in the VI International Scientific and Practical Conference “Geodesy, Land Management, and Cadastres: Problems and Prospects for Development”, held at Omsk State Agrarian University (March 28-29, 2024). Together with Tatyana A. Filippova, an article was written that studied the experience of the Russian Federation in maintaining the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

The scientific internship program has been agreed upon with the doctoral student’s supervisor from NAO “S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University”. Tatyana A. Filippova prepared a calendar academic schedule for Inkarov D.S.’s internship program. Special attention during the consulting services will be given to issues related to developing methodological approaches in carrying out land cadastre works based on geographic information technologies (GIS).

The Dean of the Land Management Faculty, Associate Professor Dolmatova O.N., invited Dayan Sabirovich to participate in the International Scientific and Methodological Seminar on Current Research Directions in Geodesy, Land Management, and Cadastre together with graduate students from the Land Management Faculty. Upon completion of the internship, Inkarov Dayan Sabirovich will receive a certificate of completion for his scientific internship in the specialty 8D07304 – Land Management.
