Student Briefings with Employers: “Training Professionals Together”

On October 29 and 31, Omsk SAU held student briefings with employers under the title “Training Professionals Together.”

On October 29, as part of a series of briefing sessions, students of the Faculty of Agrotechnology, enrolled in the programs “Food Products from Plant Raw Materials,” “Food Products of Animal Origin,” and “Biotechnology,” met with representatives of “AB InBev Efes” JSC. The discussion focused on internship opportunities and employment for graduates.

The briefing opened with welcoming remarks from Sergey Alexandrovich Konovalov, Head of the Department of Food Products and Food Biotechnology. Maria Evgenievna Novikova, HR Process Specialist, presented on the company’s leading brands, production technology processes, working conditions, and career development opportunities.

Alena Yuryevna Osmankina, Quality Specialist and alumna of the Faculty of Agrotechnology, shared her personal career path at “AB InBev Efes”, highlighting the company’s social commitments and benefits of employment. A corporate video was shown, followed by a quiz with prize giveaways. The event concluded with an open discussion between students and company representatives.

On behalf of the university administration, Alexey Alekseyevich Gaivas, Dean of the Agrotechnological Faculty, expressed gratitude to the company’s representatives and presented them with letters of appreciation.

The event sparked great interest among students and inspired many to consider career opportunities at the company.

On October 31, students of the Faculty of Technical Service in Agro-Industrial Complex enrolled in the programs “Agroengineering” and “Operation of Transport and Technological Machines and Complexes” attended a briefing with representatives of “EkoNivaTekhnika-Holding” LLC. The meeting opened with welcoming remarks from Evgeniy Vladimirovich Demchuk, Dean of the Faculty.

Anastasia Alexandrovna Milaya, Manager for Work with Young Specialists at “EkoNivaTekhnika-Holding” LLC, introduced the company, its structure, geography, and activities, as well as career growth prospects, training programs, and corporate events for employees. Sergey Vladimirovich Litvinov, Head of the Engineering and Technical Department, presented the work of the Omsk branch “EkoNivaSibir” LLC, spoke about its activities, showcased agricultural machinery, and explained internship and employment opportunities.

During the event, Sergey Vasilyevich Zakharov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Agroengineering, conducted an interactive quiz titled “Structure of Tractors and Automobiles.”

At the end of the session, individual testing and interviews were held for students interested in internships and future employment with the company. On behalf of the university, Evgeniy Vladimirovich Demchuk presented letters of appreciation to representatives of “EkoNivaTekhnika-Holding” LLC.
