Students and teachers of Omsk State Agrarian University went out for morning exercises together

Today, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, together with the Center of Sports and Health and "Sapsan" Student Sports Club spent morning with the students of OmskSAU at the stadium of the University and the territory of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology.

At the entrance to the stadium, the participants were greeted by the permanent mascot of OmskSAU,  Gosha the crocodile!

Andrey Ivanovich Zabudsky, Vice-rector for Social Work and Youth Policy, as well as the deans and curators of the faculties, also joined the action. Sofia Markova and Vasilisa Firuleva (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine), the students of our university, helped in organizing the morning exersices.

More than 300 students participated in this sports event. Students of the following faculties - Land Management; Agrochemistry, Soil Sciences, Ecology, Environmental Engineering and Water Resources Exploitation; Economics; Agrotechnology; Technical Service in Agroindustrial Complexes; Veterinary Medicine and the University College of Agribusiness -participated actively.

The participants of the morning exercise action performed exercises together with Gosha to rhythmic music, receiving a lot of positive emotions and a boost of energy for the whole day. Now it's a tradition every September to start the morning with a workout and then get back to studies and work in a good mood!
