Event developer and trainer – Head of the project office Kryukova Olga Nikolaevna. The training was organized by university students who are members of the student scientific association: 20 mentors and 27 co-organizers.
The trainings were attended by students of the Agrotechnological Faculty, the Faculty of Land Management, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the Faculty of Agrochemistry, Soil Sciences, Ecology, Environmental Engineering and Water Resources Exploitation, the Faculty of Economics, the Faculty of Animal Science, Commodity Science and Standardization, the Faculty of Technical Service in Agro-Industrial complex. The students gathered were the most enterprising and creative, charged with promising ideas.
The participants had the opportunity to meet people who shared their experience, knowledge, advice, and answered their questions. This meant that there was also an opportunity to receive relevant and useful information for further self-development, self-promotion and self-realization.
Students were expected to have valuable lectures ("Entrepreneurship", "Entrepreneurial idea" and "Business Plan"), business games ("Team Flag", "Debate" and "I am Bernard_Arno") and a master class ("Business Development Model"), fascinating group work ("Sociological research", "What's important about us" and "Idea on a napkin"), networking and communication with like-minded people. It was with great pleasure that the guys took their first steps into the world of business and immersed themselves in entrepreneurial activity. They have mastered key skills, revealed their capabilities and abilities, and most importantly, realized how interesting it is to them.
During the two days of training, there was an atmosphere of excellent mood, a team spirit of competition aimed at winning. The participants generated ideas, developed hypotheses, presented their original business ideas, and presented projects. During the coffee break and lunch break, participants and organizers had the opportunity to chat freely, share their impressions, and relax from the intense rhythm.
The students not only felt like entrepreneurs and worked productively, but also were charged with vivid emotions. Active participants and winning teams received prizes and memorable gifts.
We would like to wish all students: be brave and strive for a better tomorrow! Many thanks to the organizers and participants for a wonderful and useful time spent, for the excitement and involvement!
