The Tara branch is the winner of the grant competition for the training of students in the service job

The Tara branch of the Omsk State Agrarian University won a grant for training in the service jobs "Foreman at the main production sites", "Green farm worker of the 3rd category", "Electrician for maintenance of electrical installations of the 3rd category" and "Electrician for repair of overhead power lines of the 3rd category".

Based on the results of a competitive selection of organizations engaged in educational activities to provide a grant for vocational training of students, organized on the basis of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 9, 2021 No. 876 "On Approval of the Rules for Granting a grant in the Form of a Subsidy from the Federal Budget for financial support of the implementation of grants for training in basic professional education programs The Tarsky branch of Omsk State Agrarian University was recognized as the winner of free training for participants of student groups in the service jobs, positions of employees necessary for carrying out work as part of such groups.

On October 10, the first classes on vocational training programs were held.

The service job of "Green farm worker of the 3rd category" will be mastered by students of the 1st and 2nd courses of the Agronomy training course, who are members of the student detachment. During the training, the students will master a number of special disciplines: "Fundamentals of agronomy, agrochemistry, land reclamation and plant protection", "Lawn science, green construction and small architectural forms in landscaping", "Labor protection", "Floriculture", "Decorative arboriculture". After mastering the program in full and passing the qualification exam, students will be awarded the qualification of "3rd class Green Farm Worker" and certificates of obtaining a service job will be issued. The training of specialists in the "Green Farm Worker" professional training program will allow graduates to work in enterprises and organizations that carry out production and technological activities in the field of decorative gardening.

The working profession "Electrician for maintenance of electrical installations" interested students of 1-2 courses in the field of training 35.03.06  Agroengineering of the Tara branch. During the training, the students will master such special disciplines as "Electric machines", "Operation of power supply systems", "Materials Science", "Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering", "Technical operation of electrical equipment and electrical installations", "Labor protection and safety", "Introduction to professional activity". From the first classes, students began to get acquainted with the future profession, the basics of the device and maintenance of electrical devices. Much attention in the learning process will be paid to practical exercises that will help students acquire the necessary professional skills and competencies. When learning programs, active and interactive forms of classes will be used in the educational process.

Students of the 3rd and 4th courses of the training course 21.03.02 Land management and cadastre will master the service job of "Foreman at the main production sites". In the course of the work, the following disciplines will be studied: "Introduction to professional activity", "Fundamentals of production and workplace organization", "Labor protection and life safety", "Product quality control", "Environmental Protection", "Business Communications", "Fundamentals of office management", "Fundamentals of Organization Economics", "Fundamentals of organization and remuneration", "Operational management". When organizing classes, teachers together with students solve professional and creative tasks, while the emphasis is on the formation of readiness for successful independent activity in the labor market, the formation of students' professional competencies necessary for the effective organization of production support activities. The active interaction of students during classes within the framework of mastering the profession of "Foreman at the main production sites" allows them to form a wide range of communication skills, which is a prerequisite for successful work.

The service job "Electrician for the repair of overhead power lines" will be mastered by students of the 3rd year of the specialty 35.02.08 Electrification and automation of agriculture, the 2nd and 1st courses of the specialty 35.02.08 Electrotechnical systems in the agro-industrial complex (agroindustrial complex). This profession will give an additional chance of employment in the specialty to future graduates of the branch.

As part of the 19855 professional training program "Electrician for repair of overhead power lines", students will study such disciplines as "Operation of power supply systems of enterprises", "Labor protection and safety", "Installation of overhead power lines and transformer substations", and will also undergo training practice.

In addition, lectures on the discipline "Introduction to professional activity" will be held for all professional training programs.
