After intense competition, the team from Omsk State Agrarian University, "Bee House" (participants: Victoria Igorevna Cherepanova, Victor Pavlovich Nedostoev, Victoria Vitalievna Persidskikh, Evgeny Sergeevich Petrov, Anastasia Glebovna Korovina; mentor – Vera Vyacheslavovna Hritsko, senior lecturer at the Department of Management and Marketing) earned an honorable second place!
The team presented a business project titled "Creation and Development of a Beekeeping Farm peasant farming (KFH) 'Bee House'." The jury noted the depth of project development, originality of approach, ability to present the idea, and the team's confidence in answering questions. The students were encouraged not to rest on their laurels and to conquer new heights!
A total of 28 teams from 22 regions of the country reached the finals. In the "Higher Education" category, 9 projects competed. The first place was taken by a team from the Altai Republic with a clothing brand project aimed at preserving the culture and history of Mountain Altai, while third place went to representatives from Altai Krai with a project for making coffee pots for seedlings.
Additionally, the jury reviewed business ideas for producing freeze-dried products, animal feed, organizing apiaries for producing beeswax, creating vertical greenhouses, as well as bouquets made of strawberries in chocolate, among others.
After the official part, participants had a meeting with successful young entrepreneurs who shared their success stories and life hacks, followed by a tour of the International Exhibition Forum "Russia."
In the category for secondary educational institutions, Omsk State Agrarian University was represented by the team from the University College of Agribusiness "Red Bogatyr" (participants: Anna Lopukha, Raisa Arkhipova, Yaroslav Rakshievskaya; mentor – Elena Mikhailovna Kapranova, instructor). The students successfully presented a project on growing oilseed agricultural culture camelina sativa with subsequent processing into camelina oil. The team received valuable gifts and a participant's diploma.
At the awards ceremony, the teams were addressed by Julia Vasilyevna Ogloblina, Deputy Chair of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues and leader of RSSM; Lyubov Vladimirovna Belyesku, advisor to the Chairman of the Board of JCS Rosselkhozbank; and Andrei Vasilyevich Semyonov, Director for Interaction with Government Authorities at Voxys LLC. The students were congratulated on their victory and wished not to stop on their path to their goals and to overcome any obstacles that may arise!
