The work of the scientific and career guidance center for schoolchildren "Earth Sciences"

In accordance with the work plan of the scientific and career guidance center for schoolchildren "Earth Sciences", on October 9, the first meeting of the new academic year was held with schoolchildren of the Omsk Budgetary Educational Institution Gymnasium No. 85.

Under the guidance of Irina Sergeevna Ryzhova, an assistant at the Department of Land Management, 7th grade high school students got acquainted with the basics of drawing, which includes familiarization with drawing tools and accessories, as well as with drawing lines, which, depending on the purpose, have the appropriate type and thickness.

The students learned that each drawing document is executed according to uniform rules and standards and that the drawings contain not only images of objects, but also explanatory inscriptions. Having learned the basic requirements for the design of inscriptions on various thematic maps, we tried to arrange and write the inscriptions in drawing font.

The students were very happy to complete the tasks and ask questions.
