Training Sessions for Future Entrepreneurs on Launching Tech Projects were held at Omsk SAU

On November 20 and 21, training sessions for aspiring entrepreneurs took place at the Youth Initiatives Center.

The business intensive “TechPred” is aimed at identifying and developing abilities, as well as building the knowledge, skills, competencies, and motivation of students in the field of technological entrepreneurship.

The training sessions are held as part of the federal project “Platform for Technological Entrepreneurship” (federal operator – Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, National Research University).

Among the participants were the most active students from the faculties of Agrochemistry, Soil Sciences, Ecology, Environmental Engineering and Water Resources Exploitation, Land Management, and Economics. 

In total of 13 teams were formed. During the sessions, students had the opportunity to generate and test ideas for a tech startup and to develop teamwork skills.

Part of the program was dedicated to developing MVPs, assessing the target audience for innovative products, business modeling, presenting team projects, and pitch sessions.
As a result, every participant successfully passed the final test and received a personalized training certificate, while the most active students were awarded commemorative prizes.
