The seminar "Activities of socially-oriented NGOs in the municipal district: time for new solutions", organized by the Department of Social Policy of the Administration of the Omsk Municipal District of the Omsk Region, was devoted to cooperation in the implementation of sociall-oriented projects.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Omsk district and rural settlements administration as well as leaders of public organizations. Implementation of the Jean Monnet Module involves the transfer of knowledge about digital financial services and mastering rural population' skills of using digital financial services. Thus, via combining volunteer meetings with population and socially-oriented projects at municipal level, it is possible to cover wider range of rural population.
Head of the Department of Economics, Accounting and Financial Control Oleg Blinov talked about the relevance and objectives of holding these volunteer meetings. He also invited the attendees to participate in a study program "Digital Finance for small and medium-sized businesses of the agro-food sector". Dinar Baetova spoke about the organizational and technical aspects of holding meetings with the rural population. The seminar participants asked many questions about the target audience of volunteer meetings, about the occupancy of groups, etc.
