Workshops in the educational and experimental farm

On September 27, a field lesson was held with second-year students in the area of training 35.03.06 Agroengineering in the educational and experimental farm of the Omsk State Agrarian University in the village of Kamyshlovka (Lyubinsky district, Omsk region) in the disciplines "Tractors and automobiles", "Machines for harvesting and processing grain".

The lesson was conducted by Sergey V. Zakharov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Agroengineering, and Associate Professor at the Department of Agroengineering Alexey S. Soyunov. The students got acquainted with the design and principle of operation of tractors and combines, as well as their technical characteristics. They studied the process of preparing the equipment for long-term storage after the completion of harvesting operations. As part of the second discipline, they got acquainted with the equipment and technological process of post-harvest grain processing.

The students noted that the field trip was useful and informative from a practical point of view in mastering the disciplines. The students expressed a desire to continue this kind of training in order to familiarize themselves with other technological operations.
