Cooperation and interaction with enterprises

Breeding and seed production is carried out in cooperation with leading agricultural enterprises. Together with JSC "Niva", the genetic center has created the drought – resistant variety Pavlogradka. In cooperation with agro-industrial complex "Titan", the genetic center has created the variety with immunity to different unfavourable factors – "Element 22". The production of elite seeds has been organized, and a system to speed up the processes of variety changing and variety renewal has been developed in cooperation with these and other enterprises.

Over the past three years, agreements on research work on farm testing of varieties in different climatic zones of the Omsk region have been regularly made. Each year, the financing under contracts with agricultural producers in different regions (JSC "Niva", farm "Govin A. G., agricultural production cooperative "Kolhoz "Hanowski", farm "Tselin", farm "Nadezhda", etc.)  amounts to more than five hundred thousand rubles

Main seed farms JSC "Niva", "Bezukladov V. A." and "Govin A. G." store more than 2 000 tons of elite seeds. In 2017, Omsk SAU varieties were sown in the Omsk region on an area of 324.1 thousand hectares. As a result of the introduction of wheat varieties created at Omsk SAU, Omsk region farms gained additional income of about 300 million rubles.
