The press briefing took place on September 23 and was dedicated to the statement of a world-class scientist in the field of grain quality, Professor Hamit Koksel, about the implementation, together with Russian scientists (on the basis of the Omsk State Agrarian University), of a project in the field of breeding and genetics of grain crops with funds from the federal budget based on the results of the eighth mega-grant competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to create world-class laboratories.
The press briefing is officially included in the Year of Science and Technology plan.
