Omsk SAU students won four grants of Erasmus+

The last few years of cooperation with the Warsaw University of Life Sciences have been the most fruitful for our university. More than 10 students have been trained, we have sent and invited lecturers, conducted joint research and won scientific grants.

Now the 7-year period of the Erasmus+ program is coming to an end, and while we are waiting for the extension of cooperation for another 7 years, our students continue to win Erasmus+ grants and get invaluable European research experience, as well as develop their communication and intercultural skills.
This year was especially significant for Omsk State Agrarian University, for we set up our record by sending four fellows at once for the first time.
Scholarships to study during the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year were received by Liana Polonskaia, a 2nd year student of the Faculty of Economics, and by three 4th year students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Egor Protasov, Dana Korkishko and Anastasiia Pomortseva.
These students managed to pass the selection procedures, having received high scores for each of the application criteria.

Now that all the documents have been submitted, the scholarships have been won; all the winners face another equally important task – to apply for a visa.
We sincerely congratulate Liana, Egor, Dana and Anastasiia on the scholarship they received. We hope that, just like our previous Erasmus+ program participants, they will gain invaluable experience of studying abroad, which will inspire them to go further on career path and scientific growth.

We'd like to remind other students that if you demonstrate academic excellence and good knowledge of foreign languages, if you're active in university cultural and scientific life - you're likely to be eligible for studying abroad.
