Training course "European practice of digital financial services development in rural areas: knowledge and inclusion" has been implemented

As part of the implementation of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module "European practice for the development of digital financial services in rural areas: knowledge and inclusion" the university designed the training course with the same name.

The implementation period was February 17, 2021 - April 21, 2021. The course was aimed at demonstrating the EU experience in using digital finance tools. It's purpose was also to promote future farmers' and agrarian managers' professional skills, to make them more financially conscious.

The content of the course was designed in a special manner to develop certain digital finance competencies of the future farmers and agri-managers, and to promote financial inclusion. The classes addressed the issues of European trends in the digitalization of agriculture, sales and finance of enterprises; European experience in the regulation of digital finance; features of banking services in the context of digitalization, as well as features and risks of communication with customers.

30 undergraduate students passed this course. After the end of the course, student's works were published, and students were asked to participate in a survey on their impressions about the course.
